These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Peptiva Bio ("we", "us"), operator of peptivasupply.com. By browsing this site, submitting the order form, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
All products supplied by Peptiva Bio are research chemicals intended for in-vitro laboratory investigation and analytical work by qualified professionals. They are not medicines, food, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products, and they have not been evaluated or approved by any medicines regulator (including the FDA, EMA, MHRA or equivalent) for any human or animal use.
You represent and warrant that you will not:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the products will be used outside these limits, including orders with instructions or messages referring to human use.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you order on behalf of a laboratory, university or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.
We describe each product by name, format, fill weight and pack size. Purity figures and certificates of analysis (COA) refer to the specific batch tested. Lyophilized powders may vary slightly in appearance between batches; this is normal and not a defect.
Product photography is illustrative. Vial caps, labels and packaging may differ from the images shown. Where a COA is available for your batch, we will send it on request with your order reference.
Nothing on this site is a claim of efficacy, safety or suitability for any purpose. Any published research we reference is third-party literature about the compound, not a claim about our product.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping, import duties and local taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed in your written quote is the price that applies to that order.
If a listed price is obviously incorrect (for example a decimal or currency error), we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
Submitting the cart is an order request, not a binding order: it creates no obligation on either side until we confirm stock, shipping and the final total and you pay. We may decline it at any point before dispatch, and if we do we refund any amount received in full.
We accept bank transfer via Wise, Alipay, and USDT. We do not accept credit or debit cards and we never ask for card numbers, CVV codes, one-time passwords or remote access to your device or bank account.
Goods are dispatched from China. Each product is supplied as a box of 10 vials, and one box is the minimum order. Shipping times, rates, customs obligations and restricted destinations are set out on our Shipping & Payment page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
Because these are biological research materials, our return policy is narrow and is set out in full on the Returns & Refunds page. In short: report damage, shortage or a wrong item within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will replace or refund. Opened vials and correctly supplied items are not returnable.
The site design, text, product photography and compiled data on this site belong to Peptiva Bio and may not be copied, scraped or republished for commercial use without written permission. Product names and compound names are used descriptively and may be trademarks of their respective owners.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your own country, including import restrictions, customs declaration requirements, and any prohibition on the possession or use of the substance you order. We do not ship to destinations subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and we may ask for end-use information before dispatch.
We will not assist with, and do not condone, false customs declarations. Parcels are declared accurately as laboratory research chemicals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied "as is" for research purposes, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We warrant only that products match the description and batch documentation we provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of research data, loss of profit, or any consequence of misuse of the product contrary to section 2.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, in particular any use of the products for human or animal administration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — the overwhelming majority of issues are resolved in one or two messages. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
