Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China and shipped worldwide. Every parcel leaves with a tracking number. We deliver globally — Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The only limits are legal: we do not ship to destinations under comprehensive trade sanctions, and we may decline an order where the destination country restricts the import of the product.
What one order is. Every product is supplied as a box of 10 vials, and the price on the product page is the price of one box. One box is the minimum order — there is no higher minimum, and you can mix products freely.
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders confirmed on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend go out on the next business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock we tell you before you pay, and you can wait, substitute, or take a refund.
Standard registered airmail with end-to-end tracking is our default, and it is what the rate card in section 4 covers. If your timeline is tighter than 5–15 days, tell us before you order: express carriage can be arranged on most routes, but the freight is considerably higher than the standard rate. The exact figure depends on the destination and the packed weight, and we quote it in writing before you pay — it is never added automatically.
Typical transit is 5–15 days, counted from dispatch rather than from payment. The destination country is the single biggest factor: a parcel to Germany, the UK or the US usually moves faster than one to a remote region. Customs inspection, weather, public holidays and address problems can add days, and December is always slower.
Shipping is charged on the actual packed weight, not on the number of boxes: the first 0.5 kg is the base rate and every further 0.5 kg adds one step. Below is the rate card for the 43 destinations we price in advance — the figure for your country is the figure you pay, confirmed in writing on your quote before you pay anything.

Prices are per parcel, in USD, and include import duties for every destination listed above except Brazil, where duties are settled by the recipient on delivery. One parcel holds up to 2 kg and the rest moves automatically into a second and third parcel, each charged its own base rate for the first 0.5 kg plus one step per 0.5 kg — still far cheaper than shipping the same boxes separately.
Consolidating several boxes into one order is almost always cheaper per box than shipping them separately, because the rate is driven by weight bands rather than item count. If you are close to the next weight band, we tell you before you pay, so you can decide whether to add another box or ship as is.
Destination not on the list? Message us with the country and the number of boxes and we will price it for you the same way — the rate card covers our main routes, not every country we can reach.
We send the tracking number by email (and WhatsApp if that is where we have been talking) as soon as the parcel is handed over. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first movement. If nothing appears after 3 business days, message us and we will chase the carrier.
Parcels are declared accurately as laboratory research chemicals, with a commercial invoice showing the actual product and value. We do not under-declare, and we will not mark a parcel as a gift.
We accept three methods. Choose whichever is cheapest and easiest where you are. All prices are in USD.

We do not accept credit or debit cards, PayPal, cheques or cash by post. We never ask for card numbers, CVV codes, one-time passwords, or remote access to your device or bank account.
A PDF invoice showing the order contents, amount, shipping and payment reference is issued with every order and is suitable for laboratory purchasing records. If your institution needs a specific format, tell us before you pay and we will prepare it.
