Improves low sexual desire in men and women; enhances sexual arousal response; increases sexual satisfaction; modulates melanocortin receptor activity; may assist in improving erectile function.
Usual dose 0.75-1.75 mg, subcutaneous injection, used 45 minutes before sexual activity; no more than once per week; adjust dose based on individual response.
Men with hypoactive sexual desire; women with hypoactive sexual desire; patients with sexual dysfunction unresponsive to conventional treatments.
