ARA290 (Cibinetide) is a small molecule peptide derived from the erythropoietin structure, primarily used for repairing nerve and vascular damage, with anti-inflammatory and tissue-regenerating effects.
Promotes nerve repair and regeneration; reduces neuroinflammation and pain; improves microcirculation and vascular function; protects retinal cells; anti-apoptotic and anti-oxidative stress
Usually reconstituted with sterile saline for subcutaneous injection; recommended dose is 2-4 mg daily, used cyclically (e.g., for 14 consecutive days); specific regimen should be adjusted according to medical advice
