No. The quote you approve is the amount you pay for goods and shipping. Two things are outside it and are always stated up front: your bank or network transfer fee, and any import duty or VAT charged by your own customs authority.

Yes — a PDF invoice with the order contents, amount, shipping and payment reference is issued with every order. Tell us before you pay if your institution needs a purchase-order number or a specific template.

Yes, free of charge any time before dispatch. Message us with your order number. Once the parcel is with the carrier, cancellation turns into a return and the refund policy applies.

One box of 10 vials. Every listing is priced per box, and one box is the minimum order — there is no higher minimum. Shipping is charged by weight, so two or three boxes in one order cost less per box than separate orders.

We never see or store card numbers because we do not accept cards. For transfers we only see the sending account name and a reference. Be suspicious of any message asking you to pay to different details — verify with us first.

From China. Stock is held in our warehouse in China and dispatched from there worldwide, with a tracking number on every parcel. We do not ship to destinations under comprehensive trade sanctions, and we may decline orders where the destination country restricts the product.

Within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders confirmed late Friday or at the weekend go out on the next business day.

Most orders arrive within 5–15 days of dispatch. The default service is standard registered airmail with end-to-end tracking, so the time depends mainly on the destination country; remote destinations, customs inspection and holiday periods can add days. If your deadline is tighter than that, express carriage can be arranged on most routes — the freight costs noticeably more, so ask us before you order and we will quote it in writing.

Shipping follows the rate card published on the Shipping page: it depends on the destination and the packed weight of the parcel, and each parcel holds up to 2 kg and anything heavier is split into separate parcels that each pay their own base rate plus one step per 0.5 kg. A second or third box adds less to the freight than the first, so one combined order is cheaper than several separate ones. The exact amount is confirmed on your quote before you pay; we never add shipping afterwards.

Possibly. Import duty, VAT/GST and clearance fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Parcels are declared accurately as laboratory research chemicals; we do not under-declare or mark parcels as gifts.

Message us with the order number and we open a carrier trace the same day. As soon as the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we reship it or refund you in full — you are not left waiting on the carrier's internal process.

Our catalog is released at 98% or higher by HPLC area normalisation, with most batches landing above 99%. The exact figure for your batch is on its certificate of analysis — we do not quote a single number for the whole catalog.

Yes. Ask for the COA of the batch you are buying and we will send the PDF, showing the HPLC chromatogram, mass spectrometry confirmation, batch number and release date.

Each batch is tested by an independent analytical laboratory, not in-house. We publish the result rather than a claim, and we will tell you plainly when a batch has no current COA instead of inventing one.

HPLC measures how much of the material is the target peptide (purity). Mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight is what it should be (identity). Purity without identity can still be the wrong compound, which is why we report both.

Lyophilized powder can vary in cake shape, shrinkage and slight colour between batches. This is normal and does not affect purity. Caps, labels and box design may also change between production runs.

Not as standard. If your research requires endotoxin, heavy-metal or residual-solvent data, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be arranged for that batch, and at what cost.

No. They are supplied as non-sterile lyophilized powder for laboratory use. They are not manufactured as injectable pharmaceuticals and must not be treated as sterile.

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light, with the vial sealed and the desiccant kept in the pack. Under these conditions the stated shelf life applies. Avoid repeated warming to room temperature.

Typically 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored cold and dry. The exact date for your batch is printed on the label and in the COA.

Reconstitution is a laboratory procedure and depends entirely on your own protocol. We do not provide dosing, administration or reconstitution instructions, because our products are not for human or animal use.

Lyophilized powder is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit; it does not require an ice pack for short international shipments. Once it arrives, refrigerate it promptly.

No. Every product is sold strictly as a laboratory research reagent. They are not medicines, not supplements and not cosmetics, they have not been approved by any regulator for human use, and selling them for that purpose is not what we do.

For most orders, no. We do ask for end-use information where a destination or product raises a compliance question, and we may decline an order that appears intended for human use.

That depends on your jurisdiction and we cannot give legal advice. You are responsible for checking your own import rules before ordering. We will not assist with false declarations to get a parcel through customs.

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace the item or refund it. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm — unauthorised returns are usually destroyed by customs.
